Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
- During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Incorrect Address

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.

- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
